My story

How Amelior came to be

Amelior didn't come from one big plan. It slowly grew out of the things I've always loved and kept returning to — painting, books, writing, making things by hand, and thinking about what helps us feel more like ourselves.

Over time, I realised I didn't want to separate these interests or choose just one of them. I wanted to create something of my own — a place where they could exist together, with each one having its own purpose.

That's how Amelior began to take shape — first as a small personal project, and gradually as a creative world that I'm continuing to build. Books and journals, art, boxes, online creative learning and, step by step, guided creative sessions. Each of these areas takes its own form, but they're all connected by one thing: creativity as a way to slow down, express yourself and feel more connected to who you are.

Creative workshops in Košice

I lead my creative workshops at Lensy Atelier — a bright, beautiful studio in Košice where it is easy to slow down and simply create. Good company, a lot of colour, and no need to be an artist.

What Amelior Means to Me

It’s not just about creating

Amelior comes from the French améliorer — “to improve” or “to make something better.” For me, though, it’s not about perfection or constantly trying to become better. It’s about the small steps that help us feel closer to ourselves and to the life we want to live.

Amelior is a space where creativity meets everyday life — through art, writing, learning, sharing and the time we allow ourselves to spend on what matters.

  • ✦ Art — expression
  • ✦ Journaling — reflection
  • ✦ Creative practice — self-expression
Where I'm heading

Towards a community of people who create, reflect and see the world in a similar way

My long-term goal is to gradually bring together people who feel drawn to creativity, a slower pace, making things by hand, self-reflection and a more intentional way of living.

I want to create things and experiences that help people slow down, create, discover new ways of expressing themselves and feel more connected to who they are.

Over time, I want to build a community around Amelior — a community of people who connect with this way of seeing creativity and life, and that can grow alongside Amelior.
