I'm Valentyna, founder of Amelior Creative Studio. I try to keep things as simple as possible and only collect personal data when I need it to respond to you, process an order, provide a service or communicate with you.

What data I collect

When you use a form on this website — for example, when placing an order, asking a question, contacting me, sharing your story or joining a waiting list — I may receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address and message.

When you place an order, I may also need information required to fulfil it, such as billing and delivery details.

The website may also process limited technical information needed for security, functionality and basic operation.

How I use your data

I only use personal data to the extent necessary to:

• respond to your messages;
• process and fulfil orders;
• arrange delivery;
• provide requested services;
• manage workshop and event registrations;
• send emails you have requested or signed up to receive;

I do not sell your personal data.

Newsletter and your 10% discount

If you subscribe to the newsletter, I store your name and email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your city and phone number.

I use this information to send your discount code and occasional short notes from the studio. I do not use it for other purposes or share it with other parties, except with service providers needed to operate the newsletter.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, or by contacting me at ameliorstudioin@gmail.com.

Where your data goes

Messages submitted through the website may be delivered to my email inbox: ameliorstudioin@gmail.com.

If you purchase through Etsy or Amazon, your order and payment are processed by the relevant platform according to its own terms and privacy policy.

I may also use trusted service providers for hosting, email, payments, delivery, forms or other services needed to operate Amelior. These providers only receive the information necessary to provide the relevant service.

Amelior currently uses the following service providers:

• Netlify — website hosting and form processing;
• Namecheap — domain registration and email forwarding;
• Google — email services (Gmail) and website analytics (Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies);
• MailerLite — email newsletter (only if you subscribe);
• Amazon and Etsy — for products sold through these platforms, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

This list may change as Amelior develops and as the tools I use change.

Cookies and browser storage

This website may use cookies or browser storage necessary for basic functionality, such as remembering your selected language, currency or other preferences.

If the website uses analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies that require consent, they will only be activated in accordance with applicable requirements and your choices.

How long I keep your data
