Every order is carefully packed by hand in my small studio in Slovakia and shipped worldwide.
Where I ship & shipping costs
I ship worldwide from Slovakia. The shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your order and on the destination. The exact cost is shown before you complete your order, or I confirm it with you personally if needed.
As a general guide:
- Within Europe — from €6
- USA & Canada — approximately €12–15
- Rest of the world — calculated by destination
Larger or heavier orders, such as gift boxes or original artwork, may cost more. The final shipping cost will always be clear before you complete your order.
All shipping prices are given in euros (€). If the shop is showing dollars or hryvnias, those amounts are only a guide — the order itself is settled in euros.
How long does shipping take?
I usually prepare and dispatch orders within 2–5 working days. Delivery times depend on the destination and postal service.
As a general guide:
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- Further destinations: approximately 1–3 weeks
Orders going outside Slovakia usually travel with Slovenská pošta and carry a tracking number. I send it to you as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can follow it the whole journey.
Packaging
Every order is carefully wrapped by hand and protected for its journey. Gift boxes are prepared ready to give, while original artwork is packed securely to help protect it during shipping.
Ordering through Etsy or Amazon
Some Amelior products are also available through Etsy and Amazon. Orders placed through these platforms are processed, shipped and handled according to their respective terms and delivery policies.
ReturnsReturns & damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible with photos and details of the issue. I'll work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.
For handmade, personalised or made-to-order pieces, returns may not be possible simply because you have changed your mind.
For returns and cancellations, the applicable consumer rights and legal requirements will always apply.
FAQCommon questions
Do I need any art experience for the boxes and kits?
Not at all. The creative kits are designed to be beginner-friendly, with clear, illustrated instructions. The focus is on enjoying the creative process, not on making something perfect.
Are the paintings originals?
Yes. Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind piece created and signed by me. The artwork shown in the listing is the actual piece you will receive.
Can I order a custom piece or commission?
Yes. I'm happy to discuss custom artwork and commissions. You can contact me through the Art page and tell me about your idea, preferred size, style or occasion.
How do I pay?
There is no online payment on this website yet. Your order comes to me as a request by email and nothing is charged at that moment. I check that your piece is still available, then send you an invoice with the final price including shipping — it carries my name, address and company ID, so you always know who you are paying. You can settle it by bank transfer, or, for deliveries within Slovakia and Czechia, choose cash on delivery and pay only when the parcel is already in your hands.
What if I would rather not pay in advance?
Within Slovakia and Czechia you can choose cash on delivery and pay when the parcel arrives. Wherever you are, you always receive an invoice with my full business details before you pay, and every parcel leaving Slovakia travels with a tracking number. If anything is wrong with your order, your consumer rights apply in full, whichever way you paid.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. For eligible orders, add the code MOREJOY3 to your order to receive 20% off when buying more than one item.
In which languages are the journals?
Most journals and guides are in English. Some editions are available in Ukrainian and are clearly marked 🇺🇦. Illustrated instructions make the creative exercises easy to follow even without relying on long written explanations.
